Client renewal notices mail in early November

In early November, Health Net will mail renewal notices to our members who have a PPO plan, a HMO Bronze or HMO Basic plan with us today.

The notice tells them that we will offer their plan again in 2015. We are using the CMS model notices, plus a cover letter for the following member scenarios:

We are streamlining our plans for 2015 – both on and off exchange. We have notified members on plans that we’re closing, and are awaiting regulatory approval to let them know we will have a similar plan for them in 2015. As soon as we have approval, we’ll share 2015 plan details with you and our members. Until then, we do not have any plan information to release.

As a reminder, 2015 open enrollment begins November 15, 2014, and runs through February 15, 2015. Health Net 2015 plan information will be online at www.healthnet.com during open enrollment.
