New for 1/1/16 effective
Our newly refreshed SLU portfolio will continue to offer our current suite of tailored networks and products: SmartCare, Salud, ExcelCare, HSA-compatible PPO, HMO, EOA, PPO.
We will be bringing all plans into compliance with all 1/1/16 regulatory guidelines. And all plans are available for quoting now!
Health Net is also introducing the SmartCare portfolio of plans and popular tailored network into 14 new counties, effective January 1, 2016. Benefits and plans are not changing. This expansion takes SmartCare from seven Southern and Northern California counties to 21 statewide, and it means more opportunities for you to hit the ground running in 2016!

Alameda, Contra Costa, Kings, Napa, Orange, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo,Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, Tulare, Yolo
