New Case Submission Rules

For Groups of 1-100:  Arizona Brokers

New Underwriting Process for California Small Group!

What you need to know

We appreciate your business and want to ensure that your clients, our new members, are processed in an expedient manner.

Effective immediately, when Health Net Underwriting is corresponding to a General Agent regarding missing case information, the Broker of Record will be copied on the email, in addition to including the date the case was received. We expect this change to facilitate the approval process and improve the overall timeliness of case approvals.

Please note that Health Net Underwriting will not respond to Broker emails regarding status or case information. Brokers should continue to work with their General Agent.

Thank you for your partnership!
